They offer a great experience in customer service and installation and repair to my ADS alarm system they installed 20 years ago. I never have an issue with the product they installed in my home and if I did. I am very sure they will resolve it in a timely matter. If you have doubts about this place of business, just give them a call and explain to them what you are looking for and the friendly agents will get back to you promptly. Give ADS call for your security needs! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great services that they provide!!

Our issue was fixed quickly. Service tech us very knowledgeable and called ahead to give me a very tight window which was important to me.
I wrote a review 4 years ago and my satisfaction with ADS has only grown. Customer Service and Technicians are the best!

Bigger isn't always better. Thinking largest market share holder might be the way to go when upgrading our system, we did. However and fortunately, we weren't locked in because I cancelled the service on the last day possible. One of the new smoke detectors was faulty. Information on equipment needed wasn't accurate. I was dealing with a provider. Customer service was dismal. Despite being offered a substantial savings to remain with them, we chose ADS instead. Want the most responsive, best personal care and customer service? Use ADS! Should you have an issue, ADS will take care of you.
We continue to be pleased with the excellent customer service, tech support and technicians. Thanks, ADS!

I have had this company over 30 years at 2 different addresses. They are always responsive! The agent Ricky did a nice job changing out weakened batteries the day after I called in the Low Battery issue on my screen. That is true customer service!
I have had ADS for over 25 years. They are very professional and their service staff always takes the time to explain what they are doing and why. They are very responsive and willing to work around your schedule to get your alarm serviced. If your alarm does go off, police response is incredible and ADS says with you until the police arrive. Highly recommend!
We have been with ADS (formerly named Safe Alarm) for over 20 years. Our entire home has ADS monitoring sensors and outdoor video surveillance. The entire staff has always been knowledgeable, supportive and professional. All the ADS technical staff have been superb and very responsive. All our experiences with ADS have been quite positive.
Edit: I wanted to update my review since I’ve added more services with ADS. A year later and I still couldn’t be happier with their services. Professional, punctual, friendly and if your alarm is activated they are immediately on top of it. They’ve also reached out to advise of low batteries, etc. Much appreciated!! From their sales rep, their scheduling department and their install team, everyone makes dealing with ADS a delight and stress free transaction. Thank you ADS!

We have had ALARM DETECTION SYSTEMS for a very long time
here at SIGLER'S AUTO CENTER. No problems what-so-ever!
Recently we switched phone/internet carrier and we had to have our fire alarm re-connected. I am the office manager and did not
know what was needed to get this done. The office staff was very helpful and the tech TONY explained everything and the job is done. We have a very old fire panel so it was a little more complicated than usual. I feel I learned a great deal today !!
